2. Free Trial Period
We offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During this trial period, you have full access to all features of your selected plan at no cost. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charges.

3. Subscription Plans
Kinetic AI offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter Plan: $9.99/month - Basic workout plans and tracking
- Pro Plan: $24.99/month - Full access to AI coaching, nutrition plans, and advanced features
- Kids Zone: $9.99/month - Family-friendly fitness activities for children
All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
4.1 First Payment Refund
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment (after the free trial period). This one-time refund guarantee allows you to try our service risk-free.
4.2 Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
4.3 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
4.4 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Subscription renewals after the first payment (beyond the 7-day guarantee period)
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- Change of mind after using the service beyond the refund period
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date
6. How to Request a Refund

Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted (unless required for legal purposes)
8. Prorated Refunds
In exceptional circumstances (such as prolonged service outages or significant feature unavailability), we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion. These will be calculated based on the number of days the service was unavailable during your billing period.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.
10. Multiple Subscriptions
If you have multiple active subscriptions (e.g., Pro Plan and Kids Zone), each subscription is subject to this refund policy independently. Refunds for one subscription do not affect the status of other subscriptions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. However, any changes will not affect refund requests for charges made before the policy change.
